Where are you located in San Francisco?
We are located at 1315 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94115 in the historic Fillmore District. We are easily accessible from all over the Bay Area, providing a central spot for your luxury hair care needs in San Francisco.
Is there parking available near the salon in the Fillmore District?
Yes, there is local street parking available around our San Francisco studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure a spot before your scheduled appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins or are you appointment only?
We welcome both appointments and walk-ins Thursday through Saturday. For clients looking for a more private, undisturbed experience, Wednesday is reserved exclusively for special bookings by appointment only. We are closed Sunday through Tuesday.
How do I book a consultation?
You can easily book a consultation through our website or by calling us directly at 415-699-5379. Note that a consultation is highly recommended before any custom wig install or major extension service.

What is included in a Custom Wig Install?
Our Custom Wig Install + Customization is a full-service experience. It starts with proper natural hair preparation and a secure braid down. We then fully customize the unit and install it, finishing with your desired style to ensure a natural, flawless look.
Do you offer Keratin (K-Tip) Extensions in San Francisco?
Yes, we specialize in K-Tip and various other extension methods. Our extensions are customized to perfectly match your natural hair texture and color for seamless integration.
How should I maintain my extensions at home?
We provide comprehensive aftercare instructions after every install. Generally, we recommend wrapping your hair at night, using sulfate-free luxury hair care products, and scheduling regular maintenance appointments every 4-6 weeks to keep both your natural hair and extensions healthy.

Absolutely. With 30 years of professional experience, our Master Stylist, Malkia, has extensive expertise in the care, treatment, and precision styling of all hair textures, prioritizing healthy hair above all.
How often should I get a relaxer touch-up?
To maintain the health of your hair and prevent breakage, we recommend a relaxer touch-up for your roots every 4 to 6 weeks depending on your hair's natural growth cycle.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods like Apple Pay for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other local San Francisco clients. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Are deposits refundable?
No, all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit goes towards your total service price, which is finalized in person. If you fail to attend your appointment without proper notice, we cannot guarantee that your deposit will be returned or credited to a future appointment.
